Court of Protection

For people who cannot make decisions for themselves we can arrange for the appointment of a Deputy through the Court of Protection under the Mental Capacity Act.

A Deputy can make decisions about financial and welfare matters. This can be very useful for those arranging the care of people with severe learning difficulties or a severe disability, people suffering from schizophrenia, dementia, severe stroke, brain injury, unconscious due to an accident, depression etc.
