Edward Lyons

Within his commercial practice he has experience of building contract disputes (including issues of fraud), professional negligence claims and commercial loss of profits claims based on negligence, trespass or nuisance. He has been involved in high value matrimonial financial cases often where there is sometimes a complex interplay between matrimonial and company assets. His clients recommend him for his tenacity and approachability.


Duncan Shaw

Duncan_Shaw_BW_01.jpgDuncan heads up the personal injury department and provides advice on claims for compensation for personal injury arising from road traffic , workplace and public highway accidents as well as clinical negligence and criminal injury claims. He has particular experience in successfully taking on cases and winning compensation for clients where the those cases have been rejected by other law firms as being too risky.  He has experience of dealing with complex personal injury claims involving multiple issues concerning liability and financial loss.

Julie Bailey

Julie has been involved in the winding up of many estates and has acted for many clients in the farming community . She advises on Wills, Inheritance Tax and Court of protection matters.
